What We Collect

When you fill out a form on this site — our free consult form, the Academy Community sign-up, or the merchandise wholesale inquiry form — we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you're reaching out about a specific service, we may also collect what service you're interested in and any message you send us.

How We Use It

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about the service you asked about
• Send you marketing calls, texts, and emails — only if you explicitly opted in (for example, through the Academy Community sign-up checkbox)
• Track referrals and any coupons associated with your account

We do not sell your information to third parties. If you've opted into marketing communications, we record the timestamp of your consent so we can demonstrate it was freely given if ever asked.

Where It's Stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to Academy Digital Agency staff, and a copy of each submission is emailed to our team for follow-up. We use standard industry-accepted security practices to protect this data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you at any time. To do so, email us at academydigitalagency@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
