Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a service through Academy Digital Agency ("Academy"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — you're always welcome to reach us directly at 786.820.8184.

Coupons

Any discount code or coupon issued by Academy (including through our chat assistant) is:

• Single-use per customer, identified by the email or phone number the coupon was issued to
• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Valid for Billboard Advertising bookings only, unless otherwise stated in writing
• Subject to expiration and to being discontinued at Academy's discretion

Referral Program

Refer someone for Billboard Advertising and earn $100 once the person you referred books and completes a paid Billboard Advertising campaign. Academy reserves the right to verify that a referral genuinely originated from you before issuing payout, and to decline or delay payout if a referral cannot be verified or appears fraudulent. Payouts are issued after the referred campaign is confirmed and paid in full.

Services

This site does not list pricing — service quotes are provided during a consult based on your specific project. Billboard Advertising placements are subject to availability through Academy's third-party billboard vendor and are confirmed by our team following your booking request.

Limitation of Liability

Academy provides marketing and creative services on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, follower counts, revenue, etc.) resulting from any service. Academy's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
